Wonderful welcome from the staff, great location, was upgraded to Canal view room, couldn't ask for anything more as my partner was so happy, she adored the place. Room was spacious, and the attention to detail was perfect .. Venice in itself is an experience but what made it for us .. was this hotel .. Thank you

The location was great. Lovely boutique hotel looking out onto small canals. Small cozy bar and dining area for breakfast. Staff very nice.

An amazing time away. The hotel is situated in the perfect location. The decor was what you would expect in Venice, perfect. The room was very big so was the bed and also very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was turned down every evening. All the staff were very polite and happy to help. Breakfast very good. Plenty to choose from and always fresh. No shortage of tea and coffee brought to your table

Aqua Palace Hotel was amazing. Hotel and staff were absolutely fabulous and one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and so central. The most perfect view from our room looking out on the canal and gondolas passing by. Amazing and can't wait for a return trip and to stay in this hotel again.

The Aqua Palace is in a perfect position between the Rialto and St Marks Square yet situated on a canal just off the busy streets. Arrival directly to the hotel by water taxi is possible and a real treat. The decor was sumptuous and stylish and wowed the friends we had brought with us on our third visit to the hotel, this time to help me to celebrate a special birthday. The staff were helpful and charming and were happy to arrange drinks and nibbles before we went out to dinner, as well as nightcaps on our return! Well certainly be back for another visit soon. Thank you Aqua Palace.

In the center everything so convenient, to Rialto Bridges and St .Marks square 6 min around room was nice , breakfast is great , we Stayed 4 nights

Excellent location. No need to shuttle bags around as transportation can be arranged from the time you get off the plane and water access means no lugging cases along the roads. Exceptional staff, extremely warm and knowledgeable. Beds were on the firm side but comfortable.

The service was wonderful, everyone was so helpful. The location you cannot beat, the hotel is located in a less busy area away from the crowds and you are still minutes from all the hot spots - Rialto Bridge and St Marks.

We stayed for 3 nights at Aqua Palace and it was absolutely fantastic. Staff members were very helpful and efficient. Our junior suite room was facing the canal and we enjoyed the view. We were pleased to find that the hotel was situated right in the centre of Venice. Everything was a short walking distance away.
